Childrens Museum Field trip

On Tuesday Tayler & Megan had their first field trip for the year. I was lucky and got to go with and be a parent helper, i was in charge of 6 kids Reese, Megan, Tayler, Tora, Kayla & Brigham. Poor Brigham he was the only boy, but i couldn't have picked one better boy to have had in my group he is a cute kid from our neighborhood.
Reese & Tayler on the bus ride down.Kayla, Megan & Tora.
Brigham was sitting with me and i didn't get a picture of us:)
It was crazy busy with tons of kids, but we had fun.
Taylers favorite part was the rock wall.

I was glad i got to go and help out with my girls class. I love watching my girls interact with kids and have a blast!!!

Movie night

Dustin was in Vegas for work for a few days so i let the girls have a movie & pizza party with some friends from school & the neighborhood. We all wore our pajamas ordered pizza and watched "polar express" and all the girls brought their favorite treat to share. The girls said O'klyn won for the best p.j.'s

Lauryn & Aahnya

Megan & Ava
Reese, O'klyn & Tayler
Lauren, sydney & Aniah

These girls were so silly, we had a blast it was so fun hanging out with them. They were all fighting over who got to sit by me or on my lap during the movie:) We played games and danced after the movie was over, I'm so glad my girls have such good friends & are such great examples to my girls. And Jace also had a blast too, one of the girls that came has an awesome dad who took jace to Mcdonalds to play and back to hang out at their house while us girls played.

I took a few pictures of jace the other day he was being so silly

O'klyn had a birthday awhile ago and i guess she got this fun makeup kit so after school one day the girls all came over and gave each other makeovers.

I got to spend a weekend with my sister scrap booking, watching movies, hot tubing & eating junk food. It was a blast and it was much needed, love you sis.

Megans recovery!!

Megan came home on Wednesday the 2nd, she is doing well and is back to her happy self.

Her first time up after surgery, she did so good they told her to try and walk down the hall and back & she walked all around the 3rd floor.

They gave her tons of fun stuff to do. She got to paint this truck which some guy makes and donates to the kids.
Me & magoo
Megan you were so tough and mommy & daddy are so proud of you. We love you very much!!

Update

Well they moved us from the post surgery room to an actual room on the floor so they could watch her more . She is still doing well just a little sore from where they made the incision and put the probes in.
I am honestly feeling a little relieved and sad at the same time right now, sad knowing that we will have to do this all again in a couple years and relieved that she is doing great right now.
They found that for sure her w.p.w. is on the left side of her heart and it would be really tricky to get to it right now because the dr. that did her first surgery closed off the way to get there. The dr. said that if they did do it that it could possibly put a hole in the patch that they used to fix her hole in her heart and that if they poked a hole that they could not fix that. Dr. Etheridge said the risk is higher for something to go wrong during the surgery than the risk of something happening to her before another surgery. They could not cause an arrythmia to happen and usually people with Wolff Parkinson White have them over and over when they go in to do a procedure.
Megan had two teeth that were really loose before the surgery and we could not get her to let us pull them out, so the dr. said i'll do it when i put her out. I think megan thought he was joking so when she woke up i said megan your teeth are gone, she felt it with her tongue and started to giggle.

Megan excited to see what mommy found in the gift shop, a tooth fairy kit.

10:17 a.m.

The Dr. came and talked to us, she said that they were trying to make her heart have an arrythmia and it wouldn't. They said it would be more of a risk to do the ablation right now beacuse they could damage the patch on her heart from her first surgery. They have decided to wait until she is older to go back in, in order to allow her heart to develope more.
We are just waiting for them to call us back to see her

9:06 a.m.

The nurse called and said they have inserted the probes and they are now going to try and cause an arrhythmia to see exactly where it is. They said she is doing great and we should get another call in about an hour.

7:35

Well today is the day. We had to be to the hospital at 6 a.m. and got checked in and they took her back @ 7:35. They told us to plan on about 8 hours, but that it may be shorter.
I love this picture
They even gave Megan's bear a name tag.
I am so proud of meg, she walked back with the Dr's and didn't even cry. I love you megs and can't wait for you to feel better.
