H.E.L.P!!!!

Okay so this is what i need help with............ Tayler's hair. This is after shampoo & conditioner, & not kids stuff.
I need any tips or names of products, PlEaSe!!!

This is after about 35-40 minutes of what Tayler calls torture:(
If you look closely you can see the sad face.
This is the fun stuff we get to do with Tayler's long hair.
If only it did not hurt her so bad, any ideas of what i can do?? I have already tried telling her I'm cutting it, she's not having it.

I have a few suggestions. First, what shampoo and conditioner do you use? I would try sleek from Matrix. Also, there is a WONDERFUL leave in, it's silk therapy buts it's not the original oily stuff you rub in, there's a new creamy spray! I love it!! I recommend it to all my clients.. I can get you any of this at cost from the beauty supply, just let me know. Her hair is so pretty when it's done, i would hate for you to have to cut it! Good luck!

I was just going to say sleek looks from matrix. that is what I use. it is a bit expensive, but it lasts a long time. also I don't know if you do this but when oakley is in the tub, I comb her hair while the conditioner is in, it helps a ton with the tangles. I love sleek looks you could try it.

I struggled when my girls were younger and had long hair. Now that they are older it is easier they know the importants of brushing well and conditioning. (I think the brush makes a big difference-I have a paul mitchel brush that is amazing) We used the same sleek stuff and it is worth it. Oh brush before getting it wet and while its wet!-sometimes I had to ask them is it worth it and they loved long hair minus the tangles-GOOD LUCK

I'm with everyone else on this. Sleek by Matrix. I can also get it for you at cost. Also there is a really good brush at Sally's it's black and gray. I would also suggest brushing her hair before she gets in the bath. That helps a ton with tangles. Let me know if you need me to get you some Shampoo and cond. 801-546-1684 if I don't answer leave a message I will call you right back.

My little sister is the same way. She has really long kinky curly hair and it's a mess when ya wash it. My mom really likes Biolage detangler. She says you don't have to rinse it out and it makes a big difference. She has extra if ya wanna try it before ya buy it. Just let me know and I'll bring ya some.

I have no suggestions other than starting from the bottom and working your way up. Savannah has the longest hair of my two and she absolutely is already throwing fits when she needs to have her hair done. All I can say is that I feel for her, I had that much hair when I was little and I dreaded the combing! Hopefully the stuff that Mindi suggested will work!

sorry, I am a blog lurker, But i Have to helpa sista in need! THE BEST DETANGLER is not really a detangler at all but a product made by TIGI called Small talk. It is sooo amazing. I use it on all my clients to get those tangles out! I agree on the silk therapy. Also, I would take her for a deep conditioner and to a salon that uses Redken haircolor. They have a demi permanent color called shades EQ. Shades has a clear coat that just makes it shiny. I would have them put that on her. It will seal the cuticle of her hair and make it really managable. It will last about three to five months before it needs to be redone. Aslo check to see if a beauty school near you uses redken, it may be cheaper. My favorite shampoo and conditioner is sold at Peerless Beauty Supply. It is called Joico Silk results. IT ROCKS!!! Just some suggestions! Love your blog! Annie
